SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Origin X Studio! We are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery estimates, and tracking.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
All of our products are made-to-order specifically for you to ensure the highest quality. 
• Production Time: 2 - 5 business days
Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been crafted and fulfilled, it will be shipped via our trusted courier partners.

• United States (Domestic): 3 - 7 business days
• International Shipping: 7 - 15 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: Total estimated delivery time = Production Time (2-5 business days) + Shipping Time.

3. SHIPPING RATES
• Standard US Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Free Shipping: Available on all eligible US orders over $75.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking details to update.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Origin X Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at originx247@gmail.com before your order enters production.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Origin X Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or clearance charges applied to international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please inspect your items immediately and reach out to us at originx247@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
